About Us

The Intree Week Committee is a student-driven organization responsible for creating the official introduction week for new students. Each year, a team of 32 dedicated students works together to design and organize an unforgettable start to student life.

From the first ideas to the final execution, we aim to create a week that is welcoming, inclusive, and full of memorable experiences.

The Board

The board forms the core of the organization and is responsible for the overall direction, structure, and execution of Intree Week. Throughout the year, they work closely with the university and external partners to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Structure of the board

  • Chair
    Holds final responsibility for the entire organization and leads the board. The Chair ensures that everything stays on track, oversees all processes, and maintains key external relationships with the university and partners.

  • Head of Internal Affairs
    Focuses on the well-being of the team and the internal organization. Responsible for team dynamics, planning meetings, and ensuring that all members can perform at their best throughout the year.

  • Head of Acquisition and Treasurer
    Responsible for establishing and maintaining partnerships with external companies and organizations. This role focuses on securing sponsorships, collaborations, and financial contributions that support and enhance the Intree Week.

  • Head of Marketing & Communication
    Oversees all external communication and promotion of the Intree Week. Responsible for branding, social media, campaigns, and ensuring that all information reaches new students clearly and attractively.

  • Head of Events (I, II, III)

    Responsible for organizing and coordinating the Intreeweek program. Focuse on developing creative activities and ensuring smooth execution during the week itself.

The Committee

The committee consists of 25 enthusiastic students who bring the plans to life. They are divided into five teams: Acquisition, Marketing & Communication, and three Event teams.

What does the committee do?

  • Developing the program
    Committee members work on specific parts of Intreeweek, from concept to execution.

  • Organizing events
    From large-scale activities to smaller interactive moments, the committee creates the full experience for participants.

  • Building partnerships
    The Acquisition team connects with companies, organizations, and partners to support and enhance the week.

  • Promotion & communication
    The Marketing & Communication team ensures that all students are informed and excited through campaigns, social media, and the official program materials.

  • Collaboration & creativity
    Working in teams, committee members brainstorm ideas, solve challenges, and shape the identity of Intreeweek together.
