Programme options

Intreeweek (24-28 August)

During Intreeweek, you will get to know Amsterdam, the university, and your fellow students, while being guided by two senior students. It is a five-day week filled with events, entertainment, student associations, and much more.

IntreeLite (24-26 August)

In addition to Intreeweek, we offer a shorter, three-day version of Intreeweek for those who prefer a less intensive experience or cannot attend all five days.

Get Ready with IntreeLite (24-26 August)

Upon your request you can be placed in a group with students who feel like they could use some extra support and personal attention before they start university. Get Ready groups follow the 3-day IntreeLite programme, e.g. first generation students, neurodiverse students, etc.. (more information.

Sleeping Spots 

Intreeweek offers a full-day and evening program, so having a place to stay in the city is highly recommended. You can stay with friends or look for a student room, but you can also book a hostel directly with your Intreeweek ticket. 

When purchasing your Intreeweek ticket, you can add an accommodation option. We’ve partnered with two hostels in Amsterdam: 

• Generator Hostel (Mauritskade 57) 

• StayOkay Vondelpark (Zandpad 5) 

Both hostels are centrally located and popular with students, offering shared dorm rooms where you will stay with fellow Intreeweek participants. This is a great way to meet new people right from the start.

The price will be around €300 for 6 nights, including breakfast. Check-in is on Sunday August 23, and check-out is on Saturday August 29.
