Join us on Crew Day for an informative and fun-filled day. You'll receive all the necessary information to excel at your events, followed by an evening packed with activities to help you bond with the team. More information about the date will be revealed soon.

You have the ability to plan your own shifts! Be sure to register quickly to secure the shifts you want, using CrewLab.

F.A.Q.

  • Everyone can become a part of the Intreeweek Crew!

  • This year you'll be able to claim your own shifts. This means that you can work where and whenever you want!

  • The Crew Day takes place in August. On this day, you will receive information about being a crew member. There will also be food and bonding activities!

  • When you work two or more shifts, you will get free access to Intree Festival, which is one of Intreeweek's biggest events. Moreover, you also get a free meal at most shifts! 

  • If you have a crew shift at Intree Festival, you will get free access to the Closing Party at Chin Chin Club! 

  • You can find and manage your shifts by going to the CrewLab at CrewLab . 

  • If there are no more spots for your desired shift, you can join the waitlist for that shift. If a spot becomes available, you'll be moved into the shift! 

  • We will provide you with a limited edition Crew shirt, which you can take home with you after you have completed all your shifts. As to the other clothes, please wear something that is comfortable to work in. Also keep in mind that your clothes might become dirty depending on your tasks.
